Taking place in GSP Gym, Galway November 29.

This event is open to qualified competitiors only who have qualified via one of the following routes - SWI League, SS League, Cardiff's Strongest.

Max Deadlift - Rising bar

Axle for reps (ground to overhead)

Beginner - 45kg

Novice - 55kg

Farmers walk 10x3m

Beginner - 65kg p/h

Novice - 75kg p/h

Duck walk into Powerstairs

Beginner - 80kg

Novice - 100kg

Dash Carry & Load (trump weight option, any reps of the higher weight trumps any reps of lighter weight)

Beginner - 60kg/70kg

Novice - 70kg/80kg
